The 6-inch YieldMaster Hoods are made from High Quality, 22 gauge, American Steel. They are powder coated to 2.5-3.5 mils, then Spectral Inserts are installed in each hood. The 600 Dual Ballast is encased in high quality extruded aluminum a full tenth of an inch thick and powder coated. All components and wiring are the highest quality; all US made components and wiring. All ballasts feature a special High Temperature Capacitor for long ballast life.
