Sales Policies
The Price You See is the Price You Pay.
If a product is defective, we will assist in warranty help or warrant the product ourselves. Standard light system waranties last for five years so save the receipt. Economy light systems are warranted for two years. The bulbs are warranted for one year. You must have a copy of the receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping to Vancouver, WA, USA. Return shipping is free. 3R Lighting will pay for shipping in the first 90 days if the light is defective only. If the light checks out fine, the cutomer will be responsible for the shipping.

If a product is shipped and it is not as ordered, 3R Lighting will pay return shipping or do what we have to, in order to make it right with you, our customer.

If there is a problem with the shipping agency, it is best to recognize it BEFORE signing off. All shipments are insured, but filing a valid claim for concealed damage is much more difficult than noting the problem at time of delivery. If the product is damaged beyond use, refuse the delivery.

If there is a problem with shipping that is noticed after the delivery is signed off (concealed damage), please call (877) 790-1643 and describe the problem in detail:
e.g. "Yeah, I ordered 3 gallons of nutrients and the gallon of Flora-Micro leaked and there is only one quarter of a bottle left. The other two gallons are fine. You can reach me at (503) 555-1234 or (503)555-4321 or fax me at (503) 555-7777, or e-mail me at POTUS@whitehouse.gov. My shipping address has not changed."

This is information we can move on right away.

The customer is responsible for all local taxes.
The call is free.
